You don't have to be extreme to be strong, just consistent.
I believe in a straight forward, no b.s. approach to fitness and nutrition. If you put in a little amount of work consistently, you will see strength gains and positive changes in body composition. My methods are practical when it comes to food and training. It doesn't have to be fancy or trendy to work, it just needs to be well planned out. When you work with me you get a one on one relationship with your coach. Together we tailor a program for food or training, or both, and we conquer it together.
